Vayumudra™ is a Swedish yoga clothing company founded in 2017. Trademark registered in 2019.
Our name Vayumudra is originating from the meaning and benefits of Vayu Mudra. Vayu Mudra is associated with a healthy lifestyle. Vayu means air and the Vayu Mudra helps to balance the element of air inside the body to make you feel at ease. As with many other yoga and mudra exercises, the key to success is to be fully relaxed and comfortable.
1. Sit, stand, or lay down in any relaxed asana of your choice. Recommended asana are Sukha Asana (easy pose), Padma Asana (lotus pose) or Vajra Asana (diamond pose).
2. Make sure you are wearing comfortable clothes that helps you feel focused and relaxed. When your body feels free, only then your mind and body will be able to concentrate on your asana or mudra.
3. Once settled, gently squeeze the index finger under your thumb (remaining three fingers are kept straight).
4. Enjoy the pranayama.
* 15-20 minutes is recommended each day.
* Although all mudras are meant to be beneficial, as with anything, stop doing it if you experience any unnatural side effects.
Where do you manufacture your products?
Our products are manufactured in China and Lithuania. Our manufacturer in China guarantees that harmful chemicals have been restricted from entering the manufacturing process, and pays their employees an industry-average wage. Our manufacturer in Lithuania has a vertical integration (controlling multiple parts of the production chain) which is 100% sustainable, solely offering either recycled or other natural fiber fabrics.
We want your shopping experience at vayumudra.com to feel 100% safe. Therefore payments are made through globally trusted payment systems PayPal or Stripe. Please note that you do NOT have to create a PayPal account in order to pay with credit/debit cards through their payment service. Vayumudra does not handle any credit card numbers directly.
What should I do if my payment has not been captured?
If you are not able to pay with your debit or credit card, it is usually because your card is issued in another country than the one you are ordering from. Our payment systems typically blocks these transactions to minimize fraud. If you are not able to pay with your card, we strongly recommend reaching out to us immediately or tring another card or payment method.
All prices at vayumudra.com are inclusive of local VAT/taxes and are payable in the currency indicated on our website. For non-EU customers, additional VAT, customs charges and other levies may be incurred by your local Customs Authority on your import, at applicable rates. We reserves the right to pricing errors. In the case of obviously incorrectly priced items, Vayumudra reserves the right to cancel the order.
Do you ship globally and how much does it cost?
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over €75. Delivery time depends on the shipping address in which you want your order to be delivered. We also offer UPS express shipping for a fee in cases where you need your products faster. All shipping costs and delivery times are shown during the checkout process. Please refer to our shipping page for detailed shipping information.
Where is my item(s) shipped from?
Products are prepared in our warehouse in Sweden and shipped shortly thereafter.
Do I have to sign my package upon delivery?
For safety reasons, we require a signature upon delivery with UPS orders. For more information about your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What happens if the address I entered was incorrect?
The customer is fully responsible for entering the correct information when ordering at vayumudra.com. Vayumudra is not responsible for the non-delivered/extended delivery time if your address is incorrect. We always recommend customers to double-check all details before placing an order. If you have entered an incorrect adress for delivery, it has to be changed before the order is fulfilled. The change of adress can only be done after reaching out to email@example.com. Please include order number as well as the correct delivery information when contacting us about your incorrect address.
How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy at vayumudra.com. Simply choose the item you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Then proceed to the checkout page where you fill in your personal/shipping information and pay for the order. Make sure to complete all steps in the payment process so that we can capture the payment and ship your order as fast as possible.
Where do I enter my discount code?
Your discount code should be added after adding products to your cart and clicked "Check out". Apply your code in the upper right corner and it will immediately be discounted from the total sum of your oder. Please note that you can only use one discount code per order.
Can I combine my store credit with a discount code?
It is not possible to combine your store credit with any discount code.
I want to add/remove an item to my order?
We can add/remove any item as long as the product has not yet shipped. Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Otherwise, you can always place a new order for the additional items.
How do I cancel my order?
We can cancel your order if the product has not shipped. Please contact us immediately at email@example.com to request a cancellation.
If the product(s) already has been shipped, then we will walk you through our easy return process or you can read instructions on our Returns page.
Can I exchange my order?
As of today do we not offer free exchanges. We do offer returns for a full refund if you for any reason are not satisfied with our products. Note: customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Can I make changes to my order?
We can almost make any change you want as long as your product has not shipped. Make sure to contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org since we process orders very quickly after receiving your order.
Do you offer any special discounts for yoga teachers?
We do not have a general discount specifically for yoga teachers. But we do have our Ambassador Program that offers generous discount on all our products, among with other perks. Please refer to our Ambassador Program page for more information.
I am between sizes. What do you recommend?
Since the Vayumudra leggings are made of lightweight four-way stretch fabric, sizes are not as "size sensitive" as a pair of jeans for example. If you are between two sizes, we recommend that you choose the smaller size. The leggings will still feel like a second skin and compress to your body figure. When will I receive my refund?
Once we have confirmed by email that you will be given a refund for the returned product(s), depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
What is your return policy?
Please refer to our return policy page. We accept unused, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags attached, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Customer are responsible for shipping cost.
How should I wash my Vayumudra yoga leggings?
Machine wash 30°C/86℉ inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. No Fabric softeners. Tumble dry very low, or hang-dry.
What if the color of my product was not what I expected?
The images we display on our website have the most accurate color possible. However, due to some differences in computer monitors, we cannot be responsible for these variations between the actual product and your screen. Please also keep in mind we do not have control over the color accuracy of photos taken by others.
When do you restock (style/color/size) products?
We release new styles and colors every season. Occasionally, some products will be limited edition and will not get restocked. If a product that you really want is out of stock, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get the latest update when you favorite item is available again.
